The Punchy flare TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with The Punchy Flare I understand that all returns are issued as store credit only. An email requesting return must be made before shipping any items back to us. The email must include the order number, items requesting return, and reason for return. Once approved, the items can be shipped back via shipping instructions provided in the email response. Exchanges for the same item, different size, can be made if requested in the email and if the item is in stock.

It is agreed and understood that there is a 10 day return time period from the date of delivery (for instore purchases from the date of purchase). Once an email request has been sent and responded to, the package MUST be SHIPPED and a tracking number for the return package must be sent via email within those 10 days. Requesting a return for items exceeding the return window will not qualify for return.

It is agreed and understood that all items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.

It is agreed and understood that it is the customer's responsibility to read through our return policy to know what items can/cannot be returned. Our return policy is found at the bottom of our website on the Return Policy page link and can be viewed at any time before deciding to make a purchase.

It is agreed that if the customer is requesting a return/exchange, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If an order for any reason must be cancelled, it is issued as store credit only.

The customer is responsible for understanding and knowing what product they are purchasing by reading the product description for the items purchased.

It is agreed and understood lost or damaged packages are NOT in The Punchy Flare’s control or fault once the package leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier.

It is understood that if the package is LOST or DAMAGED in shipping, the customer must file a claim with the carrier.

It is understood the turnaround time is the time allowed for us to pull, pack, and drop off to the carrier. Our turnaround time does not include the ship time. The shipping method chosen at checkout goes into effect once it is in the hands of the carrier.

It is understood if there are any issues with an order, the customer must EMAIL thepunchyflare@gmail.com within 3 days of the date of delivery.

It is understood that if you select LOCAL PICKUP you are picking up your order at the designated address stated.

It is understood that if you select LOCAL PICKUP your order is NOT bumped to the top of the list, and you will receive an email when your order is ready.

It is understood that if you select LOCAL PICKUP you are only able to pickup your order during business hours.
