Please allow 3-4 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to ship (for us to pull, package, and get your order to USPS.) The processing time (the shipping method chosen at checkout) is based on the time it takes for the carrier to get your package delivered to you, which we do not have any control over, and is NOT included in our TAT. Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the carrier, the package is out of our control.

**Delayed shipping times once your package is in the hands of the carrier is NOT a reason for refund, as this is out of our control.**

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout once your order is placed, and when it ships. 

**Orders do not ship on holidays.**

**When free shipping is offered, orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage regardless the shipping chosen at checkout** if you need to pay for priority shipping when free shipping is being offered, please email us at thepunchyflare@gmail.com
